How can we create products in PromptTech Lite?
- There are 2 methods for product creations.
Method 1:
Step 1 - Go to the Dashboard. - Step 2 - Click on the Masters tab.
- Step 3 - Click on the Products option.
- Step 4 - In the product creation window, enter the required details.
- Step 5 - Click on the ‘Add to Grid’ button.
(Repeat the steps if you have multiple units.) - Step 6 - Click Save.
- Step 7 - Click OK.
You have successfully created a product in Twigs POS. - Method 2: In case you have not created a product and have to create one at the time of purchase entry you can do so from the purchase window.
Step 1 - Go to Dashboard. - Step 2 - Click on the Transactions option.
- Step 3 - Select the Purchase option.
- Step 4 - In the purchase that opens, click on the ‘Add Product’ button.
- Step 5 - The product creation window will open, enter the required details.
- Step 6 - Click on the ‘Add to Grid’ button.
(Repeat the steps if you have multiple units.) - Step 7 - Click Save.
- Step 8 - Click OK.
You have successfully created a product in Twigs POS.
How can we set different prices for different customers in PromptTech Lite?
- Step 1 - Go to the Masters tab.
- Step 2 - Select Price Group option.
- Step 3 - In the form that opens, Enter the Price Group Name.
- Step 4 - Scan barcode or Search item in the product name.
- Step 5 -From the list Select the Item.
- Step 6 - Enter the Wholesale and Retail price for this group.
- Step 7 - Click Save.
- Step 8 -Click OK.
- You have created a Price group. To apply it on bills,
Step 1 - Go to Masters. - Step 2 - Click on the Customers option.
- Step 3- In the window that opens, enter the Customer Details.
- Step 4 - Select Price Group.
- Step 5 -Click Save.
- Step 6 - Click OK.
How does offer work in PromptTech Lite?
- Step 1 - Go to the Dashboard.
- Step 2 - Click on the Masters tab.
- Step 3 - Select the Offers option.
- Step 4 - In the Offer Creation Window, enter the Offer Name and select the offer Start and End date.
- Step 5 -Click on the product name.
- Step 6 -In the window that appears Select the Product.
- Step 7 -Enter Offer Price and click Save.
- Step 8 -Click OK.
You have successfully created an offer. The offer will be applied automatically on bills in the set time and date.
How can we manage multiple currencies in PromptTech Lite?
- Step 1 - Go to the Dashboard.
- Step 2 -Select the Masters tab.
- Step 3 - Click on the Currency option.
- Step 4 - In the window that opens, enter the Currency details.
- Step 5 -Click Save.
- Step 6 -Click OK.
- Step 7 -In the Settlement window, click on Settlement option.
- Step 8 -In the Cash option, Select Foreign Currency and select the required currency.
- Step 9 - Check for the displayed foreign currency amount that is equivalent to the bill amount. Enter the received amount in the Tendered Amount column.
- Step 10 - Click OK.
- Step 11 - The excess amount to be returned to the customer will be displayed in the Balance Amount section. Click Proceed. You have successfully completed the transaction.
